Annette H. Emerson, 57. Miss Annette died peacefully at home with friends and family by her side on Saturday May 6, 2017 after a battle with lung cancer. She was born May 2, 1960 in Springfield, Vt. the daughter of William Crary and Elizabeth (Cross) Crary.
Annette worked for Precision Security, Friendly’s, Ames Dept. store, Springfield Royal Diner, and Springfield Mobil. She was well known and well loved in the community.
Annette enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially summer cookouts.
She was predeceased by her parents and a grandson Cassius Fox Arrow Emerson.
She is survived by three sons : William Emerson of N.C., Jesse Emerson of Vt. and Christopher Emerson and his wife Amanda of N.H. Daughter Angel and her husband Jon Chase of Vt. Sister Diane and her husband Gary of Utah. Two brothers David and his wife Anna of Vt. and Daniel and his wife Marie of Utah. 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday May 23, 2017 at the Precision Valley Baptist Church in North Springfield, Vt. Pastor Lierte Soares Jr. will officiate. Burial will be at a later date for family.
A special Thank You to Atta Ullah of Springfield Mobil for all he has done for Annette and Family, The family would also like to recognize Mrs. Frances Stevens as she was a tremendous help caring for Annette, making it possible for Annette to have her wish of being at home when she passed.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to VNA and Hospice of Vt. & N.H. P.O. Box 976 White River Jct., Vermont 05001 or to the Precision Valley Baptist Church P.O. Box 407 North Springfield, Vermont 05150. Davis Memorial Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
