Nicholas E. Marro

Nicholas E. Marro, 44, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at his home in Springfield. He was born April 11, 1972 in Springfield, Vt., the son of Stanley L. Marro and Connie R. Smith, He attended Springfield Schools and graduated from Springfield High School.

He was employed as line cook at the Riverside Reataurant in Springfield for many years, and most recently he was employed as line cook at 56 Main Restaurant in Springfield. He loved to cook, and enjoyed camping and fishing.

He is survived by his mother Connie Jones and her husband Paul Jones, 3 daughters Ariel, Jade, and Lucinda. 2 brothers Shane Hillock and Douglas Hillock. Also by several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his father Stanley Marro.

A private memorial service was held on Sunday June 5, 2016 at the Davis Memorial Chapel in Springfield. Arrangements are under the direction of the Davis Memorial Chapel in Springfield, Vermont.
