She was born May 27, 1971, in Springfield, the daughter of Allen “Butch” and Janet (Prudhome) Higgins. She attended Brandon Training School, and graduated from Springfield High School in Springfield. She enjoyed music and watching Western television shows and Western movies.
She is survived by her parents; two sisters, Terry and Lisa, and caregivers Kathy Richardson, with whom she lived most recently, and Marge Behsmann, with whom she lived for 20 years. She was predeceased by her twin sister.
A graveside service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Davis Memorial Chapel in Springfield.
